Opening Movement + Meditation Class #1: Tune In, Listen and Follow
In this 45 m Opening Movement and meditation class we will discuss a central theme for the days meditation focus. Sourced from the greater texts of yoga, this course will cover the greater underlying premises of mindfulness, wholeness and what it is to welcome easeful, peaceful consciousness. We will begin with gentle movement accessible to all and slowly move ourselves through guided meditation creating longer periods of silent sit. I hope you enjoy.
