Yoga Therapy believes that wellness is found in a state of balance. In Yoga Therapy practice we hold a perspective on healing that looks at the body as a whole system, emphasizing structural/therapeutic, Ayurvedic, meditation and lifestyle skills that service to bring the system back into a state of balance. Whether the issue is functional and body oriented, physiological or emotional, the work will look at the ways we go off track and how to move closer to the center of balance and the wholeness of being at can be found there.
